The insulation provided by the gas filled cavity between the two panels in our units, provide a controlling barrier for heat and sound which, is second to none. Super Sealed has the first fully automated, jumbo sized sealing line in the UK, enabling us to provide a super high quality, consistent finish. Critically important for frameless glass or toggle.
Double Glazed Units can be made to an infinite number of shapes, sizes and applications, used on building facades for insulated spaces. The technology creates an insulating panel trapping a gas, or air cavity, between two pieces of glass – these sheets of glass can be toughened or laminated depending on the application.
Anti-reflective Glass can be used within sealed units, this will reduce external reflections, even under high sunlight, allowing potential customers to focus on the products within rather than the distraction of their own reflection
Sealed Units have become a highly technical product in recent years with the vast range of coatings improving insulation, solar control, noise reduction and even creating a self-cleaning glass; optimising appearance and reduce building heating costs.

At Super Sealed units we only ever use high quality Toughened Low Iron Glass, with all-round polished edges, as standard in residential environments. This virtually eliminates any colour or tint occurring naturally in glass therefore allowing the beauty of the true colour chosen to shine through.
Painted Splashbacks for bathrooms are now a modern alternative to tiling and it is easier to install and maintain. Where the painted glass is to be used for decorative effect, such as creating a smooth coloured wall or in a kitchen splash back, extra clear Low Iron Glass can be used to maintain the clarity of the painted colour.
Super Sealed Units is an AGC Certified Processor and we stock and supply the pre-painted Lacobel range which can be supplied as Annealed or Toughened Glass. Lacobel glass uses an enamel based paint which is applied at the float glass manufacturing process. As the glass is pre-painted, the glass can be cut, processed and tempered immediately, making delivery times a lot quicker. The Lacobel range is available in a wide range of colours.
Back painting can be applied to Annealed or Toughened Glass at varying thicknesses, and can be used in various settings. This specialist paint is extremely durable being resistant to both moisture and heat.
